We totally understand that things come up, so we try to be accommodating when situations arise. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. If cancelling after, client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Select appointments forfeit their deposit for that appointment, if applicable.
No Show appointments are subject to pay up to 100% of the missed appointment(s) and forfeit their deposit. Cards that decline payment will result in client being blocked from booking future appointments until debt is paid off.
We have a 15 minute grace period for each client, at each appointment. After the 15 minutes has passed we may need to reschedule booked services that day or your entire appointment.
The best possible way to ensure your appointment time is being used completely is coming on time & prepared. Pre-booking always helps!
